Our group booking of around 50 booked weeks in advance and specified meal choices in advance. On the night of the function there was no roast chicken at all. We had to order from 2 other options but still had to pay the full menu price instead....Orders were delivered in chaotic fashion, staff had no idea what was ordered or had been delivered...Meals not cooked correctly. We booked for 6 pm and at 8:50pm the last meals were served- including a kids meal. No apologies or explanation from any staff. I am not sure if they could organise a sausage sizzle without messing up. My roast was okay but definitely not worth waiting over 2 hours for. As we left, I noticed there was only 1 guy at the bar.... so its not as if they were really busy that night....
Good for the whole family
The meal I received did not fit the description advertised on the menu, there were substitutions made that I wasn't made aware of when I ordered and that's unacceptable. Not to mention the service was slow despite there being barely any patrons. Not impressed.
